You Are Correct Ezra Klein, He's Not a Moderate - He's a Bully!

Thank you Ezra Klein for this video compilation of the man who could be our next President (shudder).  While you are accurately pointing out that Trump is far from the definition of a moderate in our USA politics, it strikes me that he is the embodiment of a movement started a couple decades ago.  A movement that is not just politically incorrect, immoral, anti-Christian - you name it's "anti", a movement that condemns any showing of weakness, condemns compromise, condemns discussing feelings, discussing anything that would make you appear weak - The Bully Movement.

What is a Bully? - according to this site: "A bully is someone who is regularly overbearing. He or she looks to cause humiliation or discomfort to another, particularly if that other is weaker or smaller. This can be physical bullying, emotional bullying or mental discomfort and humiliation."

Who does that sound like?  Don't you see this behavior everywhere, especially in business?  "It's not you, it's just business - here is your two week severance package.  We are moving the company to save costs."  "This company needs to focus on stockholder value and trim it's labor costs."  I can go on and on but it is basically our brand of Capitalism that is ignoring social value for the almighty stockholder value.

Our political bullying is no different - we bomb those we brand as our enemies who in many respects are just trying to maintain their culture and beliefs.  If you don't believe in the same principles that the Western world believes in, you don't let your people be exploited by our factories and you don't believe in our god - you may be invaded and/or bombed.

"Make America Great Again" - that slogan makes my blood boil.  In what time period does that reference when we were great and need to go back to?  The time when the USA could just flex it's military muscle and make foreign nations quake and roll belly-up?

Wake up America!  We all have to play in the same sandbox and get along.  Quit your bully mentality.  We are "Great" when we produce real tangible products, healthy food and share our wealth.  We are not "Great" when our goal is just to produce revenue - intangible symbols of worth that can dry up in an instant or as Trump wants to do "renegotiate our Treasury debt" which when even intimated, would crash the value of our currency.

You want to make America great again - quit electing ignorant politicians and those with no humanity or compassion to anything other than money.
